Star’s former owner, Alfred Vella, confessed to the charges of animal cruelty. He says he shot the poor girl because she was getting old. This is one of the most disgusting things I have heard in my life. Who would do something so awful just because their pets are aging? The man got 3 months in prison and has been ordered to pay €10,000, or $11,300.
