Broadway is home to several phenomenal musicals such as Hamilton, Kinky Boots, and Wicked. One of the most iconic plays to ever grace the stages of Manhattan is a tale of love, loss, and perseverance.
Les Miserables debuted on Broadway in March of 1987. Many have delivered the tale on small stages all over the world, and there was even a rendition brought to the big screen. Now, alumni from America’s Got Talent is giving one of the songs from Les Miserables a shot.
Jonathan Antoine has experienced a hugely successful career after appearing on the hit talent show. His deep, soulful voice could quickly fill a sold-out theater. His fans have noticeably seen his confidence skyrocket since his appearance on America’s Got Talent.
Singing “Empty Chairs at Empty Tables,” Antoine brings the song to life from his living room on his Youtube channel. It takes a powerhouse vocalist to perform this tune so effortlessly, and Jonathan does just that. If someone can convince him to sing the entire soundtrack, we’d be set for life.
