The video begins with Peter Hollens standing in the middle of a group of young boys. They are the All American Boys Chorus. Each and every person is dressed sharply.
The boys are dressed in red blazers with blue neckties while Hollens is dressed in a blue blazer with a red necktie. The title of the song they are singing is, “How Great Thou Art.”
Their angelic voices work well together to hit the high and low notes of the song. They are standing out in the middle of the woods, grass, dirt, and crunchy leaves beneath them.
The shot then cuts to Hollens walking through the trees. His singing and expression suggest that he is appreciating the majesty of the nature that surrounds him.
As their voices become more powerful you see them standing out on a hill, surrounded by tall grass and the bright sun acting as a spotlight behind them. They look longingly into the horizon.
With their voices full of praise and worship, they continue to sing. It cuts back and forth to them in the forest then back on the hill.
The song ends with them staring out on the endless rolling hills, the pristine blue sky hanging above them. The camera looks to the sky then fades to black.
