The Daddy Daughter act composed by Mat and Savanna Shaw has done it again in this emotional presentation of “O Come All Ye Faithful.” Their beautiful voices can move anyone.
When hearing Mat and Savanna singing together in perfect harmony, you would sing that they have been doing this all their lives. However, the duo only started performing together during the last year.
Savanna wanted to stay connected with her friends through music and decided that social media was the best option. However, her shy nature prevented her from taking the first step by herself.
That’s where dad comes in. Together, their daddy and daughter singing videos have gone viral across social media. And with the help of their fans, they have been able to release three albums.
Their incredible presentation of the Christmas carol “O Come All Ye Faithful” is beautifully set. Glittering Christmas trees and a magnificent band surround this daddy and daughter duo on stage.
Their performance arranged by Stephen Nelson at the Tabernacle on Temple Square was one for the history books. A drum set and an electric guitar were allowed during their duet.
“O Come All Ye Faithful” is a famous hymn to be sung around Christmas time. The lyrics call unto the faithful to come and adore the Lord. This old melody was given a new breath of fresh air with the beautiful voices of Mat and Savanna, along with the thrilling sounds of the electric guitar.
