5 Brazilian cowgirls line dance to Alan Jackson’s ‘Chattahoochee’

The first thing you think about when you hear about Brazil may be Carnival or soccer. What may be surprising is that country music somehow found its way into the largest country in Latin America.

In the 1990s, country music legend Alan Jackson released ‘Chattahoochee’. The song became one of his signature hits.

And it soon became one of the favorite songs for line dancing. While it’s been over 30 years since the song’s release, it has once again made its rounds.

This time, it’s the song in a viral video of five Brazilian cowgirls doing the ‘Chattahoochee’ line dance. While country music may not be as popular in Brazil as it is in America, there may be a small fan base that will enjoy it.

These talented girls can move to the music and do a great job keeping in step. Will we see line dancing grow in popularity in Brazil?

The only answer we can give is only time will tell.
