DIY Wine Using Grape Juice With Easiest Recipe Ever

If you’re sick of spending a ton of money on buying wine at the store, what if you found out that you could make it yourself with a few ingredients from the supermarket? Making wine doesn’t have to be complicated, and it can even turn into a lucrative hobby.

You’ll need a container of Welch’s grape juice concentrate, some yeast, sugar, acid blend, and Tannen. It’s a good idea to have a dedicated work environment to do this, as it does take quite a bit of time when you include fermentation.

The first part of the recipe is to get two half-gallon jugs of your grape juice and pour it into a bucket fermenter. Add your sugar and mix until it’s dissolved. Next, you’ll want to add in the yeast, acid blend, and Tannin. Stir this mixture together thoroughly.

Cover your bucket and make sure it’s air-tight. Keep it out of sunlight and in a room without any drafts. After your juice has finished fermenting (about two weeks), it’s up to you whether or not you want to siphon the sediment layer off. Once you’ve reached this point, it’s time to sit back and pour yourself a glass.
